How do I find out about Intelligent Training Solutions?

Information on Intelligent Training Solutions for students and staff is available in the ITS Information Handbook. The Information Handbook can be downloaded from this website (see the right hand side menu bar) and is also available on the ITS Staff Server and ITS Student Portal.


How do I make a complaint?

Intelligent Training Solutions has a formal and informal complaints and appeals procedure for students. Details of the procedure can be found in the Information Handbook or by viewing the ITS Complaints and Appeals policies from the ‘Quick Links’ menu bar item located on the right hand side of the ITS website (excluding the home or landing page) or by contacting ITS. We hope that students bring any complaints to our attention immediately so that we can deal with it in a professional manner, improve our performance and satisfy our clients. The complaints and procedure allows for a formal and informal approach. It will be up to the person making the complaint or appeal to decide how they want to deal with it.

What are ITS's Policies and Procedures?

Information on ITS’s Policies and Procedures including our Assessment Policies and Procedures can be found in the ITS Policy and Procedures manual. Our Policy and Procedure Manual is available upon request by contacting our office via phone or in person.


Are Intelligent Training Solutions courses government funded

No. Students who enroll through Intelligent Training Solutions are considered ‘Fee for Service’ students and are not eligible for Government Funded training.

If you believe that you are eligible for Government Funded Training please speak with us as we can refer you to another recommended training provider.


What happens if I am eligible and want to enroll into a Government Funded Course?

Applicants who are eligible for a Government Funded position will be referred to an external training provider who is able to provide this service. Please contact us for more information.
