How can I make a complaint?

Intelligent Training Solutions seeks to provide you with a fair, safe, and productive study environment. We also aim to resolve complaints and concerns in a transparent, consistent, fair and timely manner.

If you have a complaint, concern, or enquiry about the way something is going, there is a clear process to follow to ensure your voice is heard. Most issues can be dealt with by talking to the person concerned. If this approach does not work, you can make contact with our Training Manager.
