What does Intelligent Training Solutions do with the hard copies of my enrolment form and ID?

Intelligent Training Solutions takes your privacy and personal information seriously and therefore employs the services of Secure Document Destruction to pick up and destroy documents, hard drives, office waste, and e-waste. 

Secure Document Destruction provides NAID AAA PSPF Certified document shredding at their secured facilities and is accredited with ISO 14001, ISO9001 and BS OHSAS 18001 & AS/NZS 4801.  

As of 2021, Intelligent Training Solutions no longer stores hard copies of any documents collected, including enrolment forms, ID requirements, product disclosure statements, course assessments, and reports. Our organisation has moved our storage requirements to a 100% electronic system.

How does Intelligent Training Solutions ensure that my personal information is secure when stored electronically?

Intelligent Training Solutions employs the services of Digital Pacific in Australia for our electronic storage, processing and system management needs. Intelligent Training Solutions runs dedicated (private, only used by Intelligent Training Solutions) servers that are monitored and managed for threats 24×7 by Digital Pacific. 

Information sent between client computers and our servers is encrypted with SSL Certificates ensuring that traffic to and from our servers, websites and client computers are secured.

Intelligent Training Solution’s data storage policy ensures that no data is to be stored directly on a client computer, a computer used by our staff, trainers and assessors. Our storage policy requires that all information, including our course content, is stored on our dedicated servers. 

How does Intelligent Training Solutions store information it collects for ASQA, the Department of Education and NCVER? 

Information that Intelligent Training Solutions is required to collect on behalf of ASQA, the department of education or the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) is stored on a student management system called Wise.Net

Intelligent Training Solutions employes the services of employs the services of Adapt IT for use of the Wise.Net student management software. The software is operated and hosted by Adapt IT which is supported by Amazon Web Services (AWS)
