To Whom It May Concern,
I was required at the end of the course to fill-in an online evaluation questionnaire. I instead prefer to write a letter of recommendation. I would like to express my gratitude to your staff for the professional, informative, and helpful manner in which they conducted the course. Lisa, Sam, and Michael were my instructors for the theory part of the course. They all were very thorough in every aspect of the course, willing to take time to explain and listen to all my questions with patience and then follow-up explanations. Especially Lisa, she went out of her way to assist me as my computer skills are limited. As for the practical part of the course, my driving instructor Michael was from day one to the end of the course a very willing instructor covering every aspect of the course that a learner instructor would need to be able and go out and become an instructor himself. He was professional, courteous, informative and patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael or the other instructors to friends, family members or acquaintances that would be interested in becoming a driving instructor to apply for one of your driving instructor courses.
