Delivery Policy

All products from Intelligent Training Solutions are delivered electronically. The following delivery policy applies to all of our digitally delivered products available on our site.

All products are delivered via our website which can be accessed by logging on with your registered email address and password. If you have any technical issues or need a password reset please contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ menu tab located in the blue top menu bar and someone will contact you within 2 business days. Alternatively you can call us on 03 5415 0204 between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays AEST.

All products purchased on our website require you to set up an account. Once your payment has been approved, only then will you have downloadable access to your files.

Our product will not be delivered in any other way. If you are unable to receive files via this method, Intelligent Training Solutions will endeavour to facilitate you where practical however cannot guarantee delivery.

Products will only be made available within your customer account immediately when paid for via credit card or paypal while logged in to the website. If you would prefer to make payment on invoice delays of up to 72 hours can be experienced due to manual processing times. This delay does not include time taken for funds to clear by relevant banks or financial institutions.
