This page will provide you with information on your course and instructions on how to access your course, so make sure you read this entire page!
If you require any assistance, please feel free to contact your student support officer, details can be found in your welcome email. You may request any of the following support methods available to you:
- Phone Support available 6 days a week, 9.00am to 6.30pm Mon to Thur, 9.00am to 5.00pm Fri, 8.30am to 12.30pm Saturday’s
- Email Support, available 6 days a week, 9.00am to 6.30pm Mon to Thur, 9.00am to 5.00pm Fri, 8.30am to 12.30pm Saturday’s*
- Online Support (Zoom Meeting or Skype), available on request Monday to Saturday.
- Face to Face Support, available on the day of your practical session or on request.
*Please note: Your email will be answered during the times stated above, however, responses may take up to 48 hours.
