Change of address or contact details

 

A student must notify Intelligent Training Solutions of any changes to their address, telephone numbers, and email addresses. Intelligent Training Solutions requires your updated information so that a student can be contacted with important and relevant information affecting their course or their enrolment. 

NOTE: It is important to remember that Intelligent Training solutions will only send a student’s certificate to the email address or postal address that we have on record for that student. A failure to notify Intelligent Training Solutions of any changes to your contact details may result in your Certificate being sent to the wrong location or email address.

A student must update their contact information using the Amendment to Personal Details form located in the Student Administration section of this website. A link to the form can be found below.

A fee of $7.50 will be charged by Intelligent Training Solutions should your Certificate need to be resent due to a failure to update your contact details with us.  

 


Change of name

 

A student must notify Intelligent Training Solutions if they have officially changed their first name or family name. Evidence via a certified Change of Name Certificate issued by Birth, Deaths, and Marriages will need to be provided to Intelligent Training Solutions by the student. A student will also need to update their USI record before Intelligent Training Solutions can re-issue their Certificate or change the name on their enrolment.   

Students should email the Intelligent Training Solutions administration office with their request for a change of name, together with a certified copy of their Change of Name Certificate issued by Birth, Deaths, and Marriages

 


Required time-frame

 

It is strongly recommended that students notify Intelligent Training Solutions within seven days of a change occurring in their contact details or name.

 


Can I have my Certificate sent to another address not on my student record?

 

No. As part of our privacy policy, Intelligent Training Solutions will only send a student’s Certificate to the email address or postal address provided on the student’s enrolment form. If a student’s course was arranged and paid for by their employer, Intelligent Training Solutions would also send a copy of the student’s certificate to the employer. 

A student may have a friend or member of your family collect your Certificate on their behalf, providing that they completed, signed, and returned the ‘Academic Verification Privacy Waiver Form
